ActualPrint in my experience is a scam rip-off fraud company. I will tell you about my scam rip-off fraud complaint about ActualPrint Mississauga, Ontario Canada.
Back in April I contacted ActualPrint by calling the phone number (1-800-338-7029) listed on their website. I wanted some custom size corrugated boxes with a custom logo printed on them. My main contact at ActualPrint went by the name of Bobbi.
Bobbi and I went back and forth several times through email and by phone and finally agreed on a price for ActualPrint to manufacture, print, and deliver the corrugated boxes to my door. The whole process from the time I first contacted ActualPrint to the time the order was ready to be placed was unusually long. Maybe about a month.
The whole process at ActualPrint seemed very unprofessional and disorganized. I was often told by Bobbi that I would be called or emailed about something and I wouldn't hear anything. I would have to call constantly to follow up or move things along. Bobbi was often not there and I would end up talking to someone that went by the name of Chris. Chris was available much more often and seemed a bit more helpful and organized than Bobbi.
The method of payment required by ActualPrint was Money Order or Bank Wire. I mailed them a Money Order in late April. I was told that I could expect my order to be delivered in 28 business days.
After about a month or more, Bobbi at ActualPrint contacted me and said that ActualPrint was closing down their manufacturing facilities in Canada and that ActualPrint would have to manufacture my boxes in one of their over-seas facilities. Bobbi at ActualPrint also told me that I would have to pay an additional freight charge to ship my order from their over-seas facility. The additional freight charge was in the $500 to $600 dollar range.
My original invoice was $509.25 so that would have about doubled my original cost. Of course I would have to send them a Money Order or Bank Wire before they would complete my order. They don't take personal/business checks or charge cards.
Bobbi also told me that ActualPrint would refund my money if I wanted, because it was ActualPrint's fault that the order could not be completed for the original price.
After several days I contacted ActualPrint rip-off scam to ask for a refund. At that point I was very suspicious about how all of this transaction had been going from the start. There were a lot of little red flags along the way that began to build up during the lengthy course of this transaction. I was beginning to hear that little voice saying ActualPrint might rip-off scam fraud me and I will have to file a complaint against ActualPrint Mississauga, Ontario Canada.
I sent ActualPrint rip-off scam company an email asking for my refund (as asked by Bobbi). I was told ActualPrint would send me a refund check in about 10 days. After about 2 weeks I called ActualPrint asking about my refund. They told me it had been sent. I told them I never received it so they said ActualPrint would send me another check. I never received that check so I began to call more frequently. I was always told by Bobbi or Chris that ActualPrint would refund my money either by check or by Bank Wire.
Bobbi at ActualPrint then gave me a phone number to call to find out about my refund. The phone number is 416-509-4924. This is a cell phone number that always goes to voice mail. I left 2 separate messages telling of my situation and never got a response.
For about the last 2 weeks when I call their website phone number (1-800-338-7029), it goes to voice mail. You can only leave a message. Nobody answers the phone any more. Nobody answers the phone at their other number (905-489-0078) either.
Bobbi and Chris at ActualPrint scam rip-off, claim that ActualPrint scam rip-off is an international company with several locations. Their 3 Canadian addresses appear to be houses/apts.
ActualPrint Mississauga, Ontario Canada rip-off scam complaint fraud please refund my $509.25. Don't commit rip-off scam fraud with me. Now I file a complaint and will let the whole internet know about how our business dealings went.
I want ActualPrint to refund my $509.25 and not rip-off or scam me out of my hard earned money.
My use of words like Rip-Off, Scam, Fraud, etc., about ActualPrint Mississauga, Ontario Canada are my opinion only, and are based on my experience stated above. I hope they make things right with me.
