I attempted to contact the billing department several times with no response back. I finally got on live chat to request a refund for the unknown charge and for the items that I purchased and never received.instead of giving me a refund they posted the activation codes for only two of the items I had purchased. The following is the live chat I had with Zbiddy, and a copy of their refund policy:

[Bobbi] look, I've been trying to contact the billing dept for two months about this. I did not purchase any bid packages and I paid 19.99 and 36.96 for items I never received.
