I re write this since the reactions are easy. I have created a mistake. I taken care of 4 wheels, not 3. To obtain the 4th tire free, I'd obtain the refund for that 4th tire, thats why I taken care of all 4 wheels to start with. I still haven't obtained any factor from their store and today, they simply got one on me. Being a company guy and employed in customer support, I actually do understand how to manage the kind of circumstances which are offered in my experience. I suppose "Pep Boys" possess some inner problems using their refund applications. To get rid of $54.00 wont kill me but, in most equity, they ought to recognize these issues. I love PepBoys, but, one individual claims something negative of a company, 100 people won't purchase there. It isn't company worthy. Honestly... I Will never purchase there again.
