Well i must say that Direct Tv is a huge rip off. They can be considered the Mafia of TV. I am sure if you have had their service you will completly understand where i am comin gfrom. When i had their service my bill was never what it should have been. Their installer forged my name on the contract and when i disconnected because of poor service they yelled at me on the phone told me i was pretty much going to get it in more ways than one and wouldnt let me disconnect. I mean come on i have payed my bill when it wasnt correct and I didnt sign ANY contract your technician did. So it all plays out to they dont have a contract. They dont support their techs that install 9they dont work for them according to Direct tv. And just because you have their service and you havent signed or agreed to anything in blood you still have to pay them $450.00 in disconnect fees. Even though i paid my bill. Even though i returned my equipment they still harrass me on the phone. So if your considering cable DO NOT GET DIRECT TV. You are making a huge mistake. They are nothing but a bunch of blood sucking vampires that Screw you how ever they can and lie to you about your serivce etc. I have been in the cable industry for 20 years and I have never in my life been through somthing like this with any cable service i provided or had.
