Global Consultants, LLC and it's owner Toby H. Guinn, Sr thinks he has the most uniques advertising concept on the planet. Unfortunately, there are many other companies that sell the same type of concepts and services. He is the biggest scammer I have ever run across. They do not deliver on promises of advertising sales, he does not pay his bills; business, personal, payroll, commissions, rent it doesn't matter. He will try and barter or trade for as much as he can, 99% of the time it is for his own personal use which is never reported to the IRS.
He changed the name of his company 3 times in the time I dealt with this company. Banking issues are always because some one is trying to "screw" him. Nothing is ever his fault, he has constant excuses for why things don't go as planned.
He is rude beyond belief to employees and customers alike. He expects customers to pay him thousands of dollars for advertising then doesn't deliver. The company has had four Office Managers in the last year since my dealings with him, they usually leave abruptly after not being paid. He has multiple lawsuits pending against him for lack of services.
I would not deal with this company or Mr. Guinn as an employee or as a client.
