Virtuosa has not paid consultants on their payroll for past 5 months (consultants on bench). Moreover they always try their best to bypass vendors and play games at the end moment. Suri Reddy is their all in one guy - CEO, Accountant, Recruiter, Mailman, Legal Assistant and himself on H1B. We have come across so many companies complaining about Virtuosa. Nobody wants to work with them, no wonder they dont have business and are not able to pay their consultants.
If you are a consultant - STAY AWAY (transfer your H1 to other good companies) If you are a Vendor - STAY AWAY (work with other good companies)
Suggestion to Virtuosa - Do the right thing and you will strive in the consulting business. You hold payment of one consultant, you loose 10 times that from other sources. What goes round comes around.
Do not try to bypass companies you are working with. You can do that once/twice but law of nature will hold against you sooner or later. You are spoiling your own reputation. A better rate once by bypassing one vendor against 50 companies you could have worked with by holding to the true principles - make your choice.
