I agree 100% with the other rip off report on Global Consultants LLC and, more specifically, Toby H. Guinn, Sr. He uses deceptive practices to close business. He claims that a percentage of what he sells is going to a non-profit organization but it never does. As soon as money comes in, he pays whoever is screaming the loudest for money.
He only hires independent contractors because he is unable to make payroll on a regular basis and knows he can take advantage of them. Paychecks often bounce. He still owes me for a returned check from January and despite sending notifications, he has not paid me. He also owes me and other salespeople commission due as per our contract. As an independent contractor, however, we have no recourse.
I strongly encourage others not to work for him or conduct business with him. He is bad news. Like the previous post stated, he always claims to be the victim.
