I ordered "free" business cards from Vista Print. Little did I know they were going to share my check card information with another company. I was charged $61.02 on 4/8/02,5/9/03, and 6/9/03. I called my credit union to stop further credits from this company. I had to stop all ATM transactions and order new cards. My credit union is filing fraud charges against this company. They did tell me from the research that they did, I was very lucky they did not take me for more money. Numerous people have lost big bucks with these jerks, I have spoken to Harlen, Hong, and Tina at Direct One and they all promised I would be credited and recieve a fax or email confirmation within five minutes of getting off of the phone with them. This never happened.
The people are jerks! Hong even spent several minutes screaming in the phone at me. I hope someone gets them out of business and that the people that work there will never be able to find new jobs. How do these people sleep at night? Why would I even want a long distance service? All of my friends and family live in my town! I did not sign up for the service and never would for $61.02 a month!!!
