Thuis guy is not your typical nice realtor... He will lie, avoid your phone calls, and refuse paying his bills. I did work for Peter and he avoided my calls for payment and his staff threatened to have me hunted/tracked down after I demanded payment. I wouldn't trust him with my home or money because he will lie and avoid you over very little money. I would not do any work on his listings, homes or for his business or you will get the same treatment. Realtors beware, he may steal your clients and listings.
