I used the MagicJack for medical transcription during NORMAL working hours of a NORMAL work week for about 3 weeks. Then after that period, the MagicJack software displayed the following message: "Your outbound calling has been suspended for excessive usage". Their definition of "excessive usage" is not what any normal person would consider "excessive usage", with the result that, if buy this product for NORMAL, not EXCESSIVE business use, you will find that it comes with a nasty surprise.
