The business that doesnt give a dam

I have had this account for several years and have been happy with them until I added an 800 number to my line.

I got it so my daughters wouldn't call me collect any more. They got it all screwed up and every call I received from anyone I was getting charged. 10 cents per minute. And every call I made out of my home I was being charged. 10 cents per min.

I tried to explain to them what was happening and they said that the bill was correct and that was that.
