This organization continued to bill my credit card even after I cancelled the service (I have the reference numbers from the cancellation). I had to call my bank/credit card company and instruct them not to pay any more charges from this organization.
I then contacted this company and complained that they were charging my card without authorization. I received an email response from someone named Lynn Jones stating the only way I could get my money back was to dispute the charges with my bank. I requested the charges be credited by them since they charged them. She emailed back that "the system won't allow us to credit."
Ultimate Grant Secrets, Grant Writing express (two of many names they use) is a dishonest company that defrauds people by charging credit cards without authorization. If anyone wants grant information, they can obtain it from their state and federal government, it just takes a little work and research — they don't need to use this dishonest organization.
