I was charged $74.95 for a cd they claimed would only cost $3.95

I ordered a cd from Grant Writing Express which they said was free. All I had to do was pay $3.95 for shipping. They deducted another $74.95 from my debit acccount without my permission. I had to cancel my debit card to keep them from taking anymore.
