This company has charged $59.78 to my credit card for the last two months. When I asked what it was for, they said they could not tell me, nor could they tell me which of their "Partner" companies actually made the sale to me.
They could only tell me that someone must have called me, on Christmas Eve of and I personally agreed to the charges, which is a lie. Merry Christmas to the theives! I explained that I never agreed to, or had any knowledge of, any such purchase agreement. They politely agreed to refund my money before my next bank statement arrived.
I called them back 10 minutes later to ask another question and talked to a different person, Paul, who told me that they would not actually refund any money until a full investigation had been completed by their partner company, including listening to the original recorded converstation between I and them. Which of course never happened.
I asked to speak to someone in management, or for the number of thier Coorporate Compliance office. I was told that noone in management was available, and they could not give out any phone numbers other than the number I had dialed.
This sale agreement never took place.
This is definately a credit card scam.
