I received a phone call and agreed verbally to a credit card. They recorded my yes/no answers, I said no to long distance since I have no home phone. I received a charge on my credit card, for long distance service to my cellular phone.
When I called they were absolutely rude and sounded so pre-recorded as if they have this argument every day. They refused to give there Better Business Bureau license number and refused my money to be returned even though I never agreed to the services. Bastards!!!
