NAc National Advetising Center
NAc - ational Advetising Center failed to put out "Green Magazine" in local grocery store. They were to charge my credit card but demanded I make my 1st payment with a check. They started electronically taking money from bank

NAC solicited their business to me with their "Green Magazine" to be put in the local Ralphs grocery store and local nutrition stores. They sent me a copy of the magazine but the magazine never came out in the stores. I contacted Ralph's and spoke in person to the manager and he said that he had never seen the magazine. I contacted the nutrition centers and they said the same thing. I frequently visit these stores and I have never seen them myself.

My staff contacted NAC eight times, but never got a hold of them. They will not return any calls.
I signed a contract with NAC to bill my credit card but they demanded the first payment had to be by check.
