This company is a fraud! They took my money to help me save my home, remodifiy my loan and never did a thing. I wish I would of researched this company first to know that it is a one man show named Carl Swann that has a P.O. BOX, A bogus office and lives in another country. I ended up loosing my home and now my family doesnt have a home. He promised me a 2% interest rate but once he got my money I never heard from this company and never picked up or returned my phone calls. I found out he is under investigation by the Feds and have ripped off 100s of people! I can believe I fell for this scam and lost my home. I refered my family to this company and now They are loosing their home. Please dont be the next victum of this scum bag!
