When I was going to refinance my home at a lower intrest rate I was turned down because it showed in credit report that I owed too much. And did not qualify. It was 150.000 that was not my loan its my sons loan and they want to hold me responsable for this therfore I cannot refinance my home and aim loosing thousand of dollars that I could be saving. My son had Modified his home for a lower payment and he sighn all the papers, I did not do any thing I had nothing to do with the modification. They want 2 thousnd to get off the loan so It does not look Like i owe this much money on my credit. This to me is a scam
