Never recieved bills. While requesting my bill to be sent they were extremely rude and had me in tears. It took them 4 months to start sending my bills.
When recieving my bills in the mail they were extremely high. Fraudulant claims saying i used to many mins. When i knew i didn't. It was my work against the rude customer servive rep. Also for some reason the manager or supervisor was never around!
All i want to do is cancel my service without paying the fee!
