Well, Pier 1 currently stated that they wont support us
We purchased an Allegro Couch on June.By January the material appeared poor, extended, free.in March among the rises smashed while I had been resting about it. I visited the shop and guaranteed the supervisor may contact me. She didn't. I went again. On another event I had been ready to keep in touch with the supervisor. She questioned me to create her images. Although getting the images we unearthed that the rises were damaged on each aspect of the couch! I confirmed her the images and movie. I delivered the images via email for their costumer services division. And also the solution we got is the fact that it's not really a quality problem! Additionally, they're sure "an area artist may repair it"!! If it's not about quality what's it? We were prepared to consider a different one of the couches. We did not request a return. We're delivering our protest towards the BBB!!!
