Con-artist, lier, scammer, deceptive

This Ken Falcon sounds like the guy that sold me a rental PVR from Rogers claiming that he owned it. He lied to me for months, blaming Rogers for my PVR not working. I'm an university student on a budget and he took advantage of my naive way. I hope that justice finds him.
