Attached access voicemonthly fees to my local phone bill that I didn't orde

Transaction Clearing ETS applied charges onto my phone bill w/o my knowledge. They bill through another co. Called Access Voice. Transactions phone # is disconnected. Www.ACCESSPOINTMRKETING.com sends message back, so I don't think it's an actual company. Our local phone co. Removed these charges and requested that we report this co. To this website
