I Bought a Cal Fire grill, produced by Calspas, along side elements from Caribbean Pools and Schools. The purchase was created exclusively whilst the consequence of Cal Fireis "Lifetime Element Guarantee". This guarantee includes the grill, among other activities, against deterioration. After six months useful, the grill started to display symptoms of deterioration. I quickly approached each Calspas and Caribbean Pools and Schools to deal with this problem. Calspas declined to actually speak with me. Caribbean Pools and Schools offered me the run-around to get a year. So much for that written guarantee. After 24 months, the grill was so corroded in the inside that it simply fell apart.
Cal Spa, you have to step-up and recognize your written guarantees.
