After years of waiting I finally purchased an upscale stainless steel grill; not the most expensive but not cheap either.
The rear burner (infrared rotisserie burner) has never worked and Cal Flame's answer was to send me a part expecting me to tear the thing apart, analyze the problem and fix it myself. Apparently their warranty ONLY covers parts and will offer NO recourse as far as service goes. Wish I knew this when I placed the order. Luckily the company I purchased the grill from (BBQguys.com / Shoppers Choice) has offered to step up and remedy the problem and cover the repair costs.
Cal Flame - don't expect glowing reviews from this consumer. And, unfortunately, BUYER BEWARE!
