Nicely Friday morning July 23. A flow power employee arrived and switched off my lamps for non-payment the issue arrived in after I named and informed them there should have been an error i paid my statement on July 13th the statement was due July 14th they explained they delivered me a disconnection notice for $ 329 i told them i never obtained a notice for disconnection. I expected them how might they produce two expenses in one single month a statement for September 14th along with a disconnection notice for July 23rd. The woman stated properly we begin to see the mistake however, you have to spend $329 to really get your lamps back on its nothing I will do! After fighting together with her for 2 hours i chose to contact the general public utility fee. Its September 27th my lamps continue to be down!
