I am posting this to confirm what all the other complaints above have said. This company has really bad customer service. I finally received my stickers today, 7 weeks after I ordered them.
I am in a band, and had ordered the stickers to give to people on this mini tour thing we were doing. It has been and gone weeks ago and I never had my stickers. Over the past 2 weeks I have emailed them 4 times and never got a reply. Nothing. They managed to take the money straight out of my account though. The package that i received has the posted date on them and it wasn't even posted till 4 weeks after I ordered them. Fair enough they may be busy but i never received any word or where my stickers were. On top of that there customer service line is in some time zone that makes it real hard for me to call them.
I prolly wouldn't be writing this if they had just given me some notice what was happening but they never did. Their site says 2-4 weeks and that they answer all their emails, they don't.
When I reorder my stickers I won;t be using this company. Its poor form on their part. If you are planning to buy stickers from them definitely reconsider.
