I ordered Pocoyo stickers for my son's birthday party on 12/30/11
I got an email on 12/12 stating "Your order is scheduled to arrive next week between Dec. 14th - Dec. 16th". I wrote back on 12/21 telling them I didn't receive my order yet. Since then I've emailed them 3 times and called numerous times and still have no stickers, no answer... And they charged my credit card... The party is in 3 days!
I wish I had done some more research before ordering from this website! I did read a disclaimer stating they were a bit behind with orders: " our goal is to process your orders within 7-14 business days. But I figured if I ordered on 11/17 for a party on 12/30 I would give them more than enough time to complete my order... After all it was just two sheets of stickers!
I just cant believe I was fooled by this people... I have no party favors for the birthday party since I was counting on these personlized stickers... I am amazed at how these people are conducting their business...
