Keep getting charged for services I did not order or authorize

I purchased flowers online to get a birthday, it had been an extremely little container of plants. It cost me over $30.00, today I observe fresh costs on my charge card for regular membership costs along with a neww cost nowadays for $14.75 for I actually donot understand what. I'm really upset about that. They stated they'd not return me. This can be a fraud along with a ripoff!
