Crabapple Soap Factory
I placed an online order, was notified that my order had been received. I have tried to contact them but all my attempts have had no response. I think I have been ripped off

I am from South Africa and found the website for soap supplies Crabapple Soap Factory in Atlanta Georgia and placed 2 orders and paid by credit card.
I tried to contact them to follow up on these orders but every attempt has failed. They just do not answer. An American friend of mine investigated and found numerous other complaints about this company ripping people off.
I seem to be another one of their victims.
