My boyfriend and I attended a seminar at the Marriott in Brandon. We were told after an hour of their presentation that if we didn't want to sign up for their services we would still receive either 2 plane tickets to anywhere in the continental U.S. Or a trip for 2 to Vegas.
We left the seminar with our packet in hand, came home and immediately mailed them the check for the registration fee of $29.00. We haven't seen our tickets yet.
I called the 281-893-0086 # that I found and spoke to someone named Melissa, who was quite rude. She told me that my vouchers had been mailed May 16 and they would send them "one more time." I asked to have them sent certified mail and she refused.
I reported this to consumer lawyers on Fox News and they contacted the company who has now agreed to send my vouchers out today and apologized. It may be worthwhile to contact consumer lawyers for either Fox News or Channel Eight (Eight on your Side) to get action. I am to contact the news station when my vouchers arrive.
