Scam - $29 money order for airline tickets after declining offer to join their co-op. Never heard from them again!

We attended their invitation meeting to join their co-op wholesale club which offered an incentive of 2 free airline tickets. We attended their seminar, declined joining the co-op, but were told to mail in a form with $29 money order and would receive travel voucher. Complied with their request, but never heard from them
