I put an order for $210 value of tubes from Clickink.com 1/27/09. Their site encourages purchase 2 get 1 free however it wasn't apparent if my purchase certified for this. One e-mail was delivered to them within fifteen minutes of the order to explain if my order certified for that 2 for 1 marketing, or even to stop my purchase. Oneday later I delivered another mail using the same info. Over the following Three times I sent exactly the same issue twice. At this time I had been not approached in virtually any method out of this organization. Our Credit card was debited the next evening of my purchase. Five nights later I obtain a contact stating the things I requested are sold-out, and my purchase is likely to be postponed. I named them-this day (2/3/09), only to be on hold for (20 Units - 20MIN!). Subsequently their customer support individual informs me it'll consider 7 to 10 business days for my credit card to be acknowledged. This can be a cheap method to operate a company. Both people I talked with were good, however the administration must alter how they are doing business, or obtain the heck from the method and allow businesses that understand how, function customers within an honest and expedient method. I am sure you will find individuals who may state how excellent their encounter was with this particular organization. However in this situation, they get a ZERO on virtually every score.
