I purchased a zapper from ken adachi at ecucate-yourself.org. The zapper fell apart before it had been user for 150 hours. Ken said he would replace it june 19. I have talked to him twice, the last time on saturday july 11. He said he was mailing a replacement monday. It has not arrived. It only takes one day to come from costa mesa to los angeles. He refuses to return calls or emails promptly. His products are shabby and there is absolutely no customer support!!!
