This company GUARENTEED that he knew what the problem was regarding my washer. Tony bragged to me that he took all the lastest classes on repairing appliances. He charged a service call fee an extra $86.00 to diagnosis my problem and did a small repair (without parts) and told me he believed it was fixed but if it wasn't I was to call him. After a few wash cycles it stopped working again. I called him that same day and he stated he would call me back with the price of what it would now cost to fix it again. He now said was a problem must be the control box. Tony Dominguez quoted me $428.00 to cover the labor and material for his 2nd diagnosis. I found out the part cost 189.00 and became worried about this guy and therefore went to the internet to see if I could get some confirmation on what I was being told! I found out that the problem I was having could be due to another problem and not what I was told by Tony. I took a long shot and ordered the 149.00 wholesale part and installed it myself and IT WORKS! I felt this was fair and I call Tony and ask for the 86.00 back but I would let him keep his service call fee. As I began to explain what happened Tony started yelling at me. He was screaming and would not let me explain anything. He yelled at me the "F" word a number of times and refused to let me finish. After screaming at me and never letting me talk-he hung up on me. I called back and he stated he would not give me any money back and I had set him up. A number of times I asked him to let me talk and he was out of control. I am a retired firefighter and have never had such disrespect and unfairness in my life!!!
