Customer Service Is Horrible Stole, Lied, Wasted time and so on

I called in last month to see if possibly I could get a better package deal through DirecTV, since I've been with them for three years and except for the first three months, had been paying the full price of roughly $60/month. The customer service I received from these people is hard to believe, but it happened. They would not give me a discount or upgrade my package regardless of how long I was their customer, and I was being told this by a young lady who found it necessary to litteraly yell when speaking to me. Keep in mind, I never missed a payment with this crap company even though during the slightest rain or snow, I'd have to be outside cleaning the dish to get the signal.

I decided I had enough of it, and called back to cancel the service. Had the pleasure of speaking to "Ashley". The question I specifically posed to her is, what date I am paid until, to which she replied July 8th. I told her to go ahead and cancel on that date so that I would not incurr additional charge and she assured me that would not happen. A week later, I fugured I better check to see if she was telling the truth. Logged in, and what do I see?! There is a balance due of 41 dollars there!!! So I called back, and this time got to speak to another lady named "Sam". After a long back and forth, somehow she finally found out that in fact there was no additional amount due on my account. She assured me that there were no monies due and she'd take care of it. She was also "nice enough" to give me her extension in case we needed to speak later (which was worthless since there are call centers all over supposedly and they do not interact with one another!!!).

So another week later, my service had been discontinued and I am expecting my recovery kit from directv that still hasn't arrived when I decided to again check to make sure that Sam did her job. This time, when I checked my account - this POS company charged my account for the amount they said I owe them. No I am pissed!!! So I call them again, and got the pleasure of speaking to "Jeremy" whom I asked to tansfer me to Sam at extension 539. He sort of chuckled when explaining to me that the extensions mean nothing with DirectTV. So I told him what happened, and all I got from him is rules and regs he was reading off some sheet. He kept insisting that the money was charged because I owed. I asked to speak to his manager, and got to speak with "Carolyn", who kept saying the same exact thing. There is no way that Sam or Asley said these things would happen, there are no notations on my account about it nor did she know how to get ahold of either one of these people nor would she do anything to credit back the money they stole from me. So I asked to speak to her supervisor and after a lengthy hold, while she told the guy next to her what to say to me, I got to speak to "Ryan". Once again, Ryan reiterated to me that I did owe this money and that they had every right even though they lied and misinformed me, to get into my account and without my authorization, charge my card.

So I thanked Ryan and DirecTV for stealing from me, since there was nothing else I could do.

I will NEVER in my life have these IDIOTS again for any services NOR will ANY of MY FRIENDS.
