After ceasing service with this organization, whose service degrades as they continually forget to feed the gerbils that power their network, they owed me $7.18 US. After contacting their Customer Service organization, I was told that Sprint would not be sending me the money that I had overpaid, and was owed, because "that is not their policy".
So, if you do business with these idiots, be prepared for a ride. Be sure not to get yourself in a situation where they will be owing you money, because you won't get it back "it's their policy"!!!
