I tried to make a call using one of their prepaid phone cards (Texas Mundo for $5.00, it rang but nobody picked. I hung up and tried to redial, this time I was told that my balance was $3.70cents, I hung up, called customer service to give me back credit, Raphael-the customer service I spoke to refused to. He says their company policy is to not refund any credit if a call rings more than one minute without reponse. He says I should have hung up before one minute. Such a policy is not written anywhere on the card. I pointed that out to him and asked him how I was supposed to know. He still would not give me back credit.
I wonder how many people they have ripped off in such a manner. I think is time to stop them. Either they state such policy on the card for card users or they give refund the customer. They must provide the service before they cut money off the account.
