Absolutely the rudest manager actually...
I delivered an item nowadays, but I had beennot delivered the sum total cost of them. I applied a discount before, (invest $20 and obtain $5 off your purchase). Curiously enough, the purchase was more than $20 with no delivered product and so I didn't realize why these were providing me a reimbursement amount minus a "prorated discount quantity".
I just requested the supervisor concerning the policy out-of attention, the cash was not a large package, it was the concepts that put behind this type of scheming capitalistic plan. Reduced and see - - - the beast! Probably the most rude, unprofessional, mellow supervisor ever
She said "that you don't possess a option the way the discount is dispersed over the purchase" (sigh) wow, she was really rude. She spoke over me after I attempted to speak and blew me down entirely. Her attitude and aggressive temperament was totally unrefreshing. Not just I'll never visit that Staples again, but I certainly do not intend on buying at every other Choice shops both.
Beware, the cashiers aren't pleasant, work offer individuals don't actually welcome you because they move, and also the supervisor is just a customer support headache. It was among my toughest buying experiences actually!
