I own an Acer laptop and visited the Staples shop #566 on Route 46 in Parsippany, NJ in July to buy an upgraded AC adapter for this notebook. The worker put an order for that alternative AC adapter simply because they didn't make it within the shop. The cost was $59. After by using this adapter for six months, it-no longer works. I delivered to Basics in Parsippany nowadays and talked using the supervisor. Not just did he inform me Staples doesn't back their items and that I am caught having a damaged adapter after six months, he attempted to market me on the Computer tune-up! I'm really upset that I paid $59 for an adapter that only works for six months. I'm also shocked the supervisor attempted to market me more providers when he could not actually assist me using the damaged adapter.

I'd just like the adapter to become changed or get a return. I actually donot possess the cash to get a fresh adapter and intentionally visited Basics to-order it within the first-place, considering Staples was a reliable organization that backs its goods.
