Send false products, declined refund and then gave me an address to send it back to in a different country to where is came from

I bought a bracelet and charm from www.londonoflinks.co.uk on 26th june and when I received it a week later it was tarnished.

I emailed for a refund and return address and they told me I had to send picture of which I then did. They replied saying the picture were fine and they hope I can keep the product.

After myself replying several times asking for a refund and just being ignore.

They replied this week with an address for return.

I gave the address to my mum and we thought it was a little weird as it had been sent from Hong Kong but the retuns address was in USA.

My mum put the address in google and this website came up with a similar complaint.

I have not sent the goods back as I will not get a refund.

I think this company should be black listed for sending fake goods.

I am now unsure a to how to get the money back 52.00.
