April I ordered a custom designed charm w/necklace from Horsin Around Jewelry/Maryelaine Harris. Value $250. She was a vendor at a horse show in Scottsdale, Arizona and was currently living in Cave Creek, Arizona. She does on online business selling her jewelry. I was told that the charm w/necklace would be completed in 3-4 weeks. The end of May called to inquire about my jewelry. Maryelaine Harris gave excuses and promised it would be completed. Called many times given same excuses and promises.in July sent a Laboradite bracelet, value $300, in need of repairs, that I purchased earlier in from Maryelaine Harris. It was a simple repair but she did not return the bracelet to me. She moved to Colorado late fall of 2011. Contacted many times through 2011 via cell phone, text, facebook messages. Again given excuses and promises to send charm w/necklace and bracelet. Contacted from January through September.
On September 12 ontacted her via facebook messages telling her to send me a refund for the charm w/necklace and the bracelet total $500. She called me and began to tell me about all her personal problems. I reminded her that I was a customer and I would like a refund since she has not sent me my jewelry. She asked if I would take a refund of the necklace and she would send me the bracelet. I agreed to a refund and return of bracelet. Hung up. Maryelaine began to text me continually, stating she would really like to make me the necklace. I replied to her text with no I want a refund of necklace and return my bracelet. She text me to call her, so I did. She tried to use personal issues to get out of making good on our agreement. Again I told her I am a customer that has paid for jewelry I have not received. Hung up on her. She repeatedly called, text and facebook messaged me and it did not pertain to a merchant and customer business. Even though I asked her to stop she continued to harass me, to the point I had to block her number and contacting me on facebook.
The agreement between Horsin Around Jewelry/Maryelaine Harris and myself on September 14 that Horsin Around Jewelry/Maryelaine Harris would send a refund of $250 and the return of the Laboradite bracelet on or before September 30. As of today October 4 I have not received the refund or the bracelet.
