I've found this vendor to be shady. They sold our established product to another customer and did not contain it for me after i tried to obtain shipping. They gave me no option except to buy it again in another color. That is an inappropriate method to conduct business. These were not really apologetic or did they attempt to help offer an option.
I requested a mattress on June 6 to maneuver right into a new condo. I obtained a phone a couple of days later to routine shipping. I told the owner that people hadnot transferred however and that I might contact them once the shipping might be created — in about 14 days.
I never heard from their website again. On June 30, I delivered them a contact to routine shipping. Used to donot hear back from their website. I came across a telephone number for them-and named simply to be informed they did not possess the mattress I requested but had it in another shade. WHAT?! After I questioned why they requested to provide the mattress when they did not contain it, I had been informed they did have after I put the purchase but offered it to another person who put the purchase after mine! Why??? Since my mattress was not yet shipped they may aswell market it to another person who requested for this.
This can be a shady organization. They offered no alternative for me. How dare they accept an order after which sell the same product to another client.
