Lately I bought a mattress online from US MATTRESS.com and had an extremely poor experience.
After six-month the bed COLLAPSED, it had been a SEALY, after contacting the organization (US MATTRESS.com) I had been informed to visit their site and document a claim, and so I continued with their site to document a claim, stuffed within the paper-work and delivered the pictures they requested for, after 3 months after I had no reaction I called again and was informed to re-submit that we did.
I waited another 3 months but still no reaction and so I phoned again and got a genuine individual who offered me a manis title in customer support, his reaction was they did not obtain the information and desired me to re-submit and Sealy repetition might telephone me, after another couple of days he called.
Nicely by now I'd bought a brand new bed because it was nearly three-month since I have approached us mattress.com and offered another bed away to some person in need.
I'm today informed when I do not have the mattress I actually donot possess a state, considering all my initiatives I believe both of these businesses pull,
Oh incidentally the mattress was $600 and so I dropped out to both these businesses after a few months of looking to get pleasure.
Watch Out For US MATTRESS.com and AVOID Sealy beds.
