Awful! A complaint activity report from BBB was found, with a 'dispute' case between the complainant Edward, the principal of Ambient Weather and Reecom Electronics, Inc.in regard to the defective radios right out of box but not allowed to return / replacement. Finally, it is found that Ambient Weather actually made a FRAUDULENT complaint to BBB in an attempt to DECEIVE Reecom six (6) new radios, of which four (4) R-1630 and two (2) R-1650 model, and then resell to the consumers.
Manufacturers / distributors Beware to this company! Buyers Beware, too! The goods sold by Ambient Weather might be LOOT! Imagine that Ambient Weather did not buy new radios but claimed that they have new radios but defective right out of box for the make up reasons, then asked for replacement with new working units. How does this magic work? Ambient Weather simply played a fraudulent magic and ironically had BBB to be a referee in order to deceive every one into believing that.
