I also ordered the original painting and the "bonus" canvas print from Everly in October with a promise to deliver by Christmas 2008. I was late in getting my photos together so figured I'd use it as a Mother's Day gift. I submitted my photos in December and was contacted in February to discuss the composition of my paintint. I had to send more pictures which I did immediately... Then waited. March, April, May... By May I started to call since I did not have a Mother's Day gift. No Response. Email... No response. Finally in July out of desperation and disappointment at losing almost $400, I phoned HSN and was told the company had gone out of business. HSN was wonderful in working with me to refund my money promptly. I feel HSN did not know such a thing would happen. I am just very disappointed as I really wanted the painting!!! I am searching to find another source of such a product.
