Ordered Everly Original through HSN in August. Could not order the portrait until April due to the Hurricane's that had hit our area.
Contacted Everly via email in April. Was instructed on how to email pictures along with descriptions of individuals, and format of portrait.
Tried to contact Everly again in August with a return on my email. Tried again in September also went online to find phone number in order to contact. Number no longer in existance.
Found this site and found out the company no longer exists. Contacted HSN they were very very cooperative. I feel that HSN had no idea about this situation and have agree to a refund of my money. I would not hold HSN responsible for the actions of this company.
I am very disappointed about this and hope that everyone that got dupped on this is able to at least get their monies back. Although it doesn't help the disappointment in the anticipation you have had all these months waiting for what we felt a spectacular keepsake of our loved ones.
