I put an order to get a corridor tree with coatracks.com over per month before. I had been informed it'd deliver in 5-10 business days and that I obtained my e-mailed confirmation in addition to my Paypal payment verification. Following a handful of months, I questioned why it'dnot appeared however, and so I went onto their site to check on the standing of my purchase. The only real data outlined was that my purchase have been ended. I received no notice of the with no description. I sent their customer support current email address 3 times within the next handful of months and not obtained any type of reaction. I eventually named their customer support point today and was attached to somebody in India who explained he couldn't supply any clarification why my purchase have been ended. After putting me on-hold for all moments, he explained he'd need to move me to a different customer support point, but given that they were shut for that evening, he explained I'll need to call-back tomorrow before 5pm Central Period. Since I have survive the west-coast, that is 3pm for me personally, and like the majority of individuals, I'm at the office at that period. Since I have can't-get a contact reply, my only choice now's to take some time off-work togo and cope with this problem. What horrible customer support. I'd never think about purchasing out of this organization again.
