Today is May 22 12:50 pm PST. I just called an reference number that I got from this site (800) 536-4704 and sure enough I spoke to "Velda". I called and was put on hold for a long time so I hung up and called back and got a recording. I did not leave a message and encourage you not to.
I kept calling back until I reached someone. (Very unprofessional business, by the way). I told her very nicely that I ordered 3 (2-year) mag subscriptions back in November and I haven't received a single issue and I was wondering what the delay was. She asked for my receipt # ('s) and my last name with my address. She asked me if I was "Tim" and I said "no". She asked what mags they were and for me to make a copy (front and back) of my receipts and a copy of my checks front and back. I already ordered the copies from my bank in March (preparing to take some form of action). The fax # is (602) 978-4709.
She told me she would enter my magazines into the database but only for 1 year until the receipts and checks proved it was for 2 years. I asked why there were delays and that I heard of this happening to many other people and she explained that the database was erased for a specific time period and they were still in the process of re-entering. Okay, we'll see what happens. Are you all getting that same story?
