I purchased plants for my fiance as she'd a tough evening and was feeling down. I requested before 1pm to be able to make the most of the assured 5pm shipping. Blossoms were never delived. Obtained a contact from Bloomex declaring low-shipping was because of "technical trouble". I really could NEVER get anybody when calling customer support - usually got "no broker can be obtained" and also to visit the web site and click the sporting "owner is online" option. I just had one obtain, I needed Bloomex to get hold of my fiance and appologize to her for not delivering the blossoms. I talked online with Jules, Betty, Dancan, and Gem. Not just one named my fiance by having an apology (however 2 explained they'd). I had been informed by one which these were only providers and never customer support and was informed by another that "all could be solved after analysis" - whatever which means. I questioned concerning the "assured shipping if requested by 1pm". Acquired no solution. I'm super very unhappy. Customer support is just a useless scam.
