Did not Register System as Stated

On October 7 we had installed by Arkansas Air of Jonesboro Arkansas. We have had problems with heat once and the cooling at least 4 times. Last Month, (April), when we needed the cooling it would not cool. We were tired of having problems with this new system, 16 seer, 5 ton system that cost us $6792.88, so we had another company to check it out and intended to have them fix the problem with the system, but we found out that Arkansas Air had not registered the system with Goodman as he told us that he did.

He took all books that came with system so we did not know where or what to do about it. Therefore we had to have Arkansas Air come back to work on system. He told me to go ahead and try to register system even though it is past the 60 day limit, that maybe Goodman would go ahead and except it, which it was not excepted for the lifetime warranty on the compressor and ten year parts and labor as he told us we would have when we bought the system. We feel and I told Keith Glaub that if he could not get the warranty that we were supposed to have with our system, that we want a new system installed at his expense so we could get our warranty. I told him that he could have this unit to do with as he wished. We need your help on this problem.
